I take your current fitness level, the equipment you have access to, and your current lifestyle to implement a training and diet regimen that not only provides results but works within the framework of your life. Consistency is king when pursuing any goal and, if you are looking for overnight miracles, I am not your guy. Little and often over the long haul has yet to fail my clients or me.
