Weird couple weeks with Brigette working nights, tweaking my back and having the hazardous air quality with all the wildfires. I haven’t decided but I may just do some feel good workouts next week and finish out September. I’m starting October with the “fast mimicking diet” which will be 5 days of restricted calories. I will just be walking and doing some mobility work that week. I will reassess how I am feeling and what my bodyweight is at but I may be joining a gym here in Spokane. I met the owner and it seems like a legit place to train so if that happens I will have access to more and my training will change a bit.
