Starting after my September meet I hopped on Dan Johns post deployment program for a month. Go check out his material for more info but the basic flow was an original strength movement, followed by a carry and finished with a strength movement. Starts very light and moves towards modest/heavier weights. Feeling great after a month of that. The original strength work is something that Iām going to carry forward in my training.

Chin up/pull variations: 5 x 10 w/orange band for assistance.
Curl + tri extension + lateral raise: 3 x 10
