Overall a pretty disappointing day. Log press hit 170 but had a near miss at 200. Pulled 455 pretty easy and went for 490 on the next attempt. Not happening that day. Underperformed across the board and took a tumble on the carry medley. Sore but my pride hurts more than anything haha. Time to put in the work and come back stronger for the next one!

I will be doing Dan Johns post deployment program. I’ve been feeling pretty beat up so I’m hoping this will get me feeling right and able to really start pushing hard at the end of 2021.
