Arms
Training— 2 mile walk with Drew in the pack. Followed by TABATA farmers walk with 50% bodyweight in each hand. Never done this before and found it pretty challenging. Grip was destroyed by the end.
Took the dogs for a walk then felt like hitting some arms.
BB curl 3 x 6 @ 105 lbs
Tri-extension 3 x 6 @ 60ish
TRX curl + tri-extension 4 x 8 w/waiters walk with 35lbs in between each round.
Hammer curl 5 x 10
Close grip pushup 5 x 10
