Training 05/08/20

Deadlift: 3 x 3 @ 265, 305, 345 weights felt light. Always enjoy the 3 x 3 day.

10 minutes of 20 yard bear crawl dragging the sled and then walking back to the start. Short and to the point but surprisingly brutal.

Finished with a mile long farmers walk switching weights when we were fatigued. (20lbs, 30lbs)

Training went really well over the last few days but on a much brighter note my wife is officially a doctor! Years of hard work culminated with a DO degree, masters degree in bio ethics and an acceptance into a (first choice) residency program in Spokane Washington . I couldn’t be more proud and she couldn’t deserve this more. The weekend was absolutely amazing. We had the pleasure of hosting Brigette’s sister and her husband, who are two of our favorite people. It was a weekend full of family, drinks, laughter and celebration. I could go on and on but this was the type of weekend that comes around once every few years. Truly special.
