TABATA front squats with 65lbs

Hot muggy day. Had a slick layer of condensation on all the weights in the garage after I opened it up. Just added a little extra grip challenge but the weights moved well. Deadlifts felt very light. Almost too light, but thats the point. KB press with the 75 is going up a lot easier. The DB KB press with different size KBs was just something I felt like trying. When the heavier KB was in my left hand it felt much heavier than the other. Not quite as much the other way.

As I finished up Drew woke up from her nap so we went for a walk. After the walk I had Brigette doing a TABATA with DB thrusters. I figured if she is going to suffer I might as well join. Did a TABATA with front squats at 65 lbs. I know that sounds like nothing but it has a funny way of making that feel like front squating 225 after running up a hill by the end.
