Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 115

Snatch: 2 x 5 @ 45, 65

Farmers carry: 100 total yards @ 45lbs per hand.

Training 06/09

Dan John’s Complex C: 3 x 5 @ 45 lbs

Clean and Press: 3 x 3 @ 115

Snatch: 3 x 3 @ 65

Keeping things very light this whole week as my lower back is still talking to me a bit after the move/pulling a bunch of weeds over the weekend. This is going to be a “get right” week. Planning to do this type of training for the next 40 workouts. Will be retesting my clean and press max around workout 20ish, give or a take a few.
