AM: 30 minute dog walk. McGill big 3 and some hip circle work to warmup.
Dan John’s Complex A: 3 x 5 @ 65
PM: Banded walks for warmup
Snatch: 5 x 2 @ 45, 65, 75, 85, 95lbs
Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 135lbs
Farmers carry: 10 minutes with 30 lbs DBs. Tried to put the weights down as little as possible.

AM: warm up. same as yesterday.

My back started to spasm a little so I decided against an afternoon workout. Hopefully its just a small tweak and nothing to bad!
