My favorite way to get my loaded carries in!

AM: walk,

Warm up:

Banded work, KB swing x 10-20, Push-ups x 10-20, Goblet squat x 10 repeat twice

Complex C: 3 x 5 @ 45lbs

Hike with the kids along the Spokane River. Didn’t measure the distance but walked out about 40 minutes then turned around and walked back.

PM: warm up

Snatch 5 x 2 @ 65

Clean and press: 5 x 1 @ 115

Training 06/16

AM: walk, warmup

Complex A: 3 x 5 @ 65

PM: warmup

Snatch: 3 x 3 @ 65

Clean and Press: 3 x 1 @ 135

Training 06/17

AM: Did a 30/30 for 30 workout. This is a format I really enjoy. 1 to 1 work to rest ratio gives you just enough time to get right before the next round. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5KcIktOl08 I followed along with this workout that Dan John put out. By the end I did around 250ish swings and spent a few minutes in different positions working on mobility. Felt great after!

Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 95lbs

Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 95lbs

Training 06/19

AM:

Complex C: 3 x 8 @ 65 lbs

PM:

Snatch: 3 x 5-3-2 @ 65, 95, 135

Clean and Press: 3 x 1 @ 135, 155, 165

Armor building complex: EMOM 10 min. 55lbs + 35lbs KBs. Switched hands every minute.
