Due to time I only had one training session where I did the complexes first followed by the olympic lifts.

Complex A: 3 x 8 @ 65 lbs

Snatch: 5 x 2 @ 75 lbs

Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 135 lbs

06/23

AM:

Complex C: 3 x 8 @ 65, 65, 75lbs

Hour long hike with the kiddos.

PM:

Snatch: 3 x 3 @ 95lbs

Clean and Press: 3 x 1 @ 155 lbs

06/24

AM:

Complex A: 3 x 8 @ 65, 75, 75

PM:

Snatch: 5 x 2 @ 95lbs

Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 135lbs

06/25

AM:

Complex C: 3 x 8 @ 65, 75, 75

PM:

Snatch: 5 x 2 @ 95lbs

Clean and Press: 5 x 1 @ 135 lbs

06/26

AM:

Complex A: 3 x 8 @ 75

PM:

Snatch: 3 x 5-3-2 @ 65, 95, 135

Clean and Press: 3 x 1 @ 135, 155, 165

Daily:

-30 minute walk to start the day with the dogs.

-McGill Big 3. McGill curl up, side planks, bird dog

-50 KB swings with my 75lb bell

-50 hand release push-ups

-50 TRX row variations ( single arm, T’s, I’s etc…)
