Clean and Press: 1 x 10 @ 45, 1 x 5 @ 95, 1 x 3 @ 115, 1 x 1 @ 135, 1 x 1 @ 165, FAILED @ 185. Pretty disappointed with that. The 165 felt super light and I thought the 185 would go up. I’ll have to reevaluate a bit as it seems I have hit a plateau. The goal remains the same though and a bodyweight clean and strict press will happen!
Push press: 3 x 3 @ 185lbs
KB press: 5 x 1 @ 75lbs
Armor building complex: 10 EMOM with 10 yard farmers carry.
100 Band pull-aparts, banded curls, banded tri-extension and push-ups.
Dog walks will be moved to the evening while Brig is on this rotation.
