10 KB swings followed directly by a sprint up the bleachers. 10 rounds.

1 hr long dog walk

07/08

Stone to shoulder. Grabbed the biggest stone in my yard, weighed it (200lbs), and then shouldered it.

Half kneeling KB press: 3 x 6 @ 55.

More yard work and shoveling dirt.

07/09

Deadlift: 37 x 1 @ 300lbs

Clean and Press: 37 x 1 @ 115
