Power Curl: 3 x 8 @ 95 followed directly by 1 minute of farmers carries @ 45 per hand

Rear Delt Raises: 3 x 10 @ 30 lbs

Concentration curl: 3 x 10 @ 30 lbs

Laying Tri-Extension: 3x 10 @ 30 lbs

Waiter Carry: 3 x 20 yards @ 55lbs
