Complex A: 3 x 3 @ 125

KB snatch: 5 x 5 @ 55lbs

Arm + Rear delt work

Hour long fasted walk in the morning.

07/22

Half Kneeling KB press: 3 x 8 @ 55lbs

Parallel TRX rows: 3 x 8

KB Complex: KB curl x 10, Clean and Press x 5 (each arm), KB tri-extension x 10, Goblet squat x 10 all @ 55lbs. No/little rest between exercises. 1-2 minute rest between rounds. 3-5 rounds.

Long walk in the morning.

KB swings: 5 x 10 @ 75lbs. Mobility work between each set.

07/24

Military Press: 5 x 10 @ 95 lbs

TRX row 5 x 10

Deadlift 5 x 10 @ 225 lbs

KB floor press 5 x 10 @ 55 lbs

Recap:

Adding volume to the overhead pressing. Hoping that will push the needle. I ordered a weighted vest so that will be added to my morning walks with the dogs. Iā€™m hoping this gets the heart rate up a bit to the zone I want. Should reduced body fat and improve conditioning slightly.

Weekend activities are yard work, fishing, and lake day. Looking forward to it!
