20 min EMOM armor building complex. 35lb KB + 55lb KB. Switch the weights each round.

2 Double KB cleans, 1 Double press, 3 Double front squats + 10 yard front rack carry. Total work= 40 cleans, 20 presses, 60 front squats and 200 yards of carries in 20 minutes. Not bad.

Recap

Press is feeling strong. I think the added volume over the last 2 weeks is helping a lot. Planning on hitting it hard for another week, deloading and then retesting my max. I’ve decided to add in a day of single leg work (Tuesday), I feel that is something I don’t do enough of so I’m adding it in. My weighted vest is in transit to my house as I write this so I am excited to put in some work wearing that. Bodyweight is still hovering around 210 so for the last leg of this goal I am going to try to lean out a bit to close that gap for a bodyweight press. Overall, I am happy with how things are moving and how I am feeling so just going to stay on the grind.
