AM: 20 minute walk with the 60lb vest.

75 KB swings @ 55lbs, 25 goblet squats @ 55lbs

Afternoon:

Clean and Press: 3 x 5/3/1/1 @ 125, 140, 160, 170

Rock press: 3 x 1 @ 122lbs

Push-up with 60 lb vest: 5 x 5 with a 30 yard farmers walk with 30 lb DBs. 120lbs total

TRX row: 3 x 10 with vest

Front, lateral, rear raise: 3 x 10 of each @ 20 lbs

08/04

KB snatch: 3 x 3 @ 75lbs

Bulgarian split squat: 3 x 8 @ 60lb vest (liked this movement quite a bit)

SLDL: 3 x 8 @ 60lb vest (didn’t like this as much. Might be pretty useless)

Get up: 3 x 10 @ 60lb vest ( round 1 back to standing, round 2 stomach to standing, round 3 side to standing)

08/05

Military press: 5 x 10 @ 105lbs

Prone TRX row: 3 x 10 + 50 yard farmers carry after each set. 75lb +55lb

TABATA: Sledge hammer tire hits, KB swings

08/06

50 minute walk with 30lb vest.

08/07

20 minute EMOM

Armor building complex + 10 yard front rack carry

Next week will be a much needed deload. Will be doing pretty much the same movements but with half the load and half the volume. Lots of walks and hopefully some swimming out at the Lake.
