05/03/20 — Training.

Bear hug squat 4 x 10 with 65 lb stone

Single KB press 4 x (5-3-2) @ 55lbs

Farmers Carry ladder in between each round.

05/04/20 — Training.

Deadlift: 3 x 5 @ 245, 285, 325

OHP: 3 x 8 @ 95lbs. Strict 1 min rest in between sets

Ab Wheel: 3 x 8

Chin up: 3 x 8

Suitcase carry: 20 yards @ 75lb KB

Banded Lat pull down, tri extension, pull-apart and curl: 4 x 25 continuous circuit.

Saturday I had the pleasure of training with two of my former clients. After we had a couple beers and caught up. Moving soon coupled with this quarantine really makes you appreciate the limited time with friends.
